What error are you getting V Sridharan ? Or it just does not launch AIM?
Can you make sure that it was installed properly and with admin privileges? Did you have AIM installed earlier (before you had made OS change), and was it working fine?
Can you also send the following log files located at ~/Ansys Inc
Install.log
Install_licconfig.log
Install.err (if it exists)
