I checked your account and noticed that you have a named user license of SpaceClaim. So there is no need to install Ansys License Manager or do anything with the License Manager center. You can just close it.
However, it appears that there is some issue with the end date of the license that you received. It is showing the start date as 2020-10-09 and expiry date as 2020-10-11 (year-month-day) which indicates that the license is already expired. I will check with the concerned team and let you know.
