Just to confirm, did you first unzip the installation files and then ran the setup.exe file in administrative mode?
Can you share snapshot of any error message that you are getting?
Can you also send the following log files located at ~/Ansys Inc
Install.log
Install_licconfig.log
Install.err (if it exists)
