All of the following ports are open,
1. Enable outbound communication over port 443 (https) to the following:
ansys-fno.flexnetoperations.com
account.ansys.com
login.microsoftonline.com
subscription-api.ansys.com
login.live.com
ocsp.digicert.com
c.urs.microsoft.com
2. Add the ansysls_client.exe (subscription handler) executable to your endpoint and network security exclusions (for example, whitelisting solutions).
3. Add ansysls_client.exe (subscription handler) to the list of allowed apps of your antivirus software
and it has no proxy server
