I assume you have a subscription license so you don't have to worry about this error.
You will have to set the license type as Subscription. Go to Windows Start menu and type "Discovery Licensing Mode Manager" in the search field. Open this panel, select the Subscription license mode (refer below snapshot), then click Save and Exit. Now start SpaceClaim.
