The licensing team looked at the logs and asked if the customer is able to access the DigiCert site ocsp.digicert.com. This is one of the URLs mentioned in section 5A (Firewall settings required to unblock ANSYS Discovery Products) of the troubleshooting document. Please add this URL as well as the other URLs mentioned in this section in the Firewall exceptions rule and try activating the subscription again. Please let me know how it goes.
