Subashni JUGYEONG SHIN Making components independent will allow you to move 1 solid but that will inadvertently remove the instance relationship which i often needed and that will impact the BOM. If you move 1 bolt and all duplicate bolts move, that is because you are moving the solid. Moving the solid of 1 instance moves the solid of all instances (intentional).
