I checked your account and noticed that the Discovery trial license has been activated recently, so you have a Named User (subscription) license. Can you go to Windows Start menu, then go to Ansys 2020 R2 folder and launch Discovery Licensing Mode Manager 2020 R2 in administrative mode and set the license option to Subscription, then save and close it. Now try starting Discovery. Enter your Discovery account credentials and the application should launch. Let me know if you face any issues.
