Setting up GC is quite easy, just install the client and let it do the sync job for you as you trigger it. Alternatively you can also do it manually trough the web interface.
Better than my help please have a look here where you can find clear setup and use instructions from GC.
I am sorry to update about Kenesto as well. Finally I got a response from them reactivating my trial account to do some test. It is still buggy: Rhino files can not be saved and syncing Spaceclaim files cause the computer to freeze.
I am sorry about this because it was looking like a good Cloud PDM but it just does not works!
