Hello Dan Cokinos

I understand that you have a Subscription license and not a Floating license. Can you please confirm?

If you have a Subscription license, you must have chosen the wrong licensing mode during installation.

You can change this by navigating to the Star menu> Ansys 2021 R1> Discovery Licensing Mode manager and change the Licensing mode to Subscription.(see image below)
