Did you encounter any issues during installation? Can you send the Install.log and Install.err (if it exists) located at ~/Ansys Inc?
Secondly, did you run the installer i.e. setup.exe in administrative mode? Can you uninstall and install again in administrative mode by right-clicking on setup.exe and selecting (Run as Administrator). Also, temporarily disable any antivirus, antimalware, and/or Windows Defender functions while reinstalling.
