We have not come across such an issue before, does this happen with any component or specific to a component? Also how frequent is this? Does it go back to normal once they close and reopen SC? If this is a general occurance with any generic file, will you be able to get the log files? If it is not can you send the file for which they get the said issue, and if I can replicate it on my end, I will file a bug to understand better. In the meantime let me discuss with the team, if this has been observed before.
