I have the same problem unsassigning a licence via the web page. Is there any guarantee that the manual deactivation AND activation will work? and will this be the same as assigning and re-assigning licences?
From this explanation "https://ansyskm.ansys.com/forums/topic/discovery-subscription-license-command-line-options/" it is not clear to me wether this will work or not. Due to the fact that the web page is not working properly, will the activation ID be shown?
