Please can you confirm if your onboard graphics card is enabled ? If not please try enabling it and see.
Can you try launching it in admin mode (right-click the Ansys Discovery AIM icon and select "Run as Administrator"). Also, make sure that your Firewalls/antivirus are not blocking Ansys Discovery AIM from running (temporarily turn off firewalls and antivirus).
