Which license are you using - Named User (subscription) license, or floating license? If its the subscription license, then I came to know that this is a known issue with some users observing that Refine Fluids results do not display. The development team is working on this issue and they are trying to release a patch for fixing this issue. I will let you know as soon as it is released.
