Can you also, please confirm if you have updated your graphics drivers to the latest version from the Graphics company website? Also, have you installed SpaceClaim with  Administrator rights?
Does this issue happen for all files or any one particular file? If for one file, then can you please share the file with us, so that I can try to recreate the issue and check with the development team as required?

If the issue persists after implementing the above suggestions, can you also share the log files?

The SpaceClaim log files can be found in C:UsersAppDataRoamingSpaceClaimLog Files.
You can the log files associated with the issue based on date, time.
