Apologies for the delay you are encountering in activating the license. I noticed that you have opted for 30-day trial license, so you need to select "Subscription" option from the License Mode Manager. See below snapshot.

 

The trial license can be activated opted only once, so if you are trying to click the free trial option, it won't let you since you already have an active trial license. Selecting the subscription option, as shown above, will activate the license when you launch any of the Discovery products.

Let me know once you have successfully launched and activated the subscription license and I will have your trial license extended by 15 days to cover up the loss. Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused!
