I checked case1 and the velocity is way high. Its in the order of e7. See below snapshot.

These are unrealistic values and the inputs need to be checked and modified. Please note that Discovery can only handle mild compressible flows (upto 0.3Mach). Please reduce the flow rate to get realistic velocity values.
