Hello GUICAD ,

I am not able to find the root cause of this issue. There is one more thing we can try doing.

Can you ask the administrator for this account to run the Discovery mode licensing manager as administrator

 

And then change the scope to all users.

 

Once that is done, ask the customer (who does not have admin rights), to try and use the software with their login.
