Can you right click on Discovery AIM desktop shortcut and select Run with graphics processor > High-performance NVIDIA processor
If this doesn't help, please send following files to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com:
1. Send following log files located at ~
Install.log
Install_licconfig.log
Install.err (if it exists)
2. Type %temp% in Windows Search and locate .ansys folder. Zip this folder and send it
3. Type dxdiag.exe in Windows Search, then save all the information and send it.
