Devendra, I did try uninstalling v222 and installing v231.   There is no change in operation.   During the installation, there was one weird behavior:  

I clicked this "Yes" multiple times, but it never succeeded.   I clicked "No" and the installation proceeded and completed, and seems to be working as well as v222 had been.
