  我按照你说的修改两个地方，然后运行，没有出现问题：
  
  解决办法：
  下载安装最新版；
  降低扫描电压。现在是５００毫伏出问题，你从１００毫伏开始看看。
  
  使用耦合仿真的前提是：你需要有HEAT的LIcense，参见　https://www.lumerical.com/products/heat/
