如果您想要做一个新的模型,可以直接在这个范例的基础上更改,也可以自己新建一个,范例中模型写入脚本的目的是因为我们创建了一个structure group, 为了方便我们在使用范例模型时以一个更加直观便捷的方式在 user property 里面更改参数就可以实现 MMI 模型尺寸的更改,所以您自己新建模型的时候可以选择合适自己的方式,完全不用脚本自己手动创建也是可以的。
Xmin 就是设定您的 EME 区域,范例里面设定的就是最小值您可以再确认一下,当然您扩大仿真区域也没有关系,只不过没有结构也就没什么必要了。
Number of trial modes 只需要保证仿真收敛即可,通常我们设定一个较大的值,然后在做完 Mode convergence sweep 之后观察结果填入一个保证收敛的较小值就行了。
