Subscriber您好,我的仿真工作需要对阵列结构的周期进行sweep,在周期跨度较大的时候遇到了一些问题。
我的仿真波长范围大概是0.5-4um, 周期为0.5um的阵列结构设置了上下距离结构2um的PML,仿真结果没有异常的表现,但周期增加至1.6um以上时,在长波强共振位置处出现了透过率小于0的情况(下图1)。但是增加仿真时间,降低判断电磁场是否衰减到足够小的阈值以及降低mesh尺寸都没有办法解决,不断提高PML至上下距离结构4-5um左右可以得到解决(下图1)。
