The installation check says the card passes, but when I run Discovery Live it says the graphics device is not compatible.

Hello ahobbs Can you right click on Discovery Live shortcut icon and select Run with graphics processor -> High-performance NVIDIA processor (default) as shown below, and let me know if it helps?

Naresh Patre   Also set the program settings in the Nvidia panel to make sure the GPU is selected for the ADL executable.

      Hello  ahobbs

I came to know that updating the CUDA toolkit has resolved some of these graphics problems. Can you try updating it from below link:

Naresh Patre This is the CUDA toolkit I'm already running including the patch from May 16th. I reinstalled the patch and still get the error.

Naresh Patre Also updated to the latest driver version 397.93 same issue.  Can you escalate this to a higher support level?

To follow up, after some help from Justin it turns out this is a known issue with remote access.  RDP uses its own drivers rather than picking up the Nvidia drivers.  When running Discovery locally there are no issues.  We're looking at remote access solutions that allow hardware acceleration.  Suggestions welcome!
