SubscriberANSYS Student 18.2 does not include Icepack, but it does include Fluent.
You may have had an old version of ANSYS installed on your computer that is interfering with the installation. You need to uninstall ANSYS and clean out two directories before you install ANSYS again.
In Windows Explorer, type %AppData% in the path field. You will be in the Roaming directory. Delete the Ansys folder, then go up a level and down to the Local directory and delete that Ansys folder too. Finally, if there is any Ansys folders under Program Files, delete those.
After uninstalling all ANSYS, manually use regedit to delete:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareANSYS
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareANSYS, Inc.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREANSYS, Inc.
Then restart your computer. If you can turn off your anti-virus during the installation, that may help.
You have to extract the files from the zip file into a folder on your C: drive.
After that, you have to find setup.exe in that folder and right click and "Run as adminstrator".

SubscriberSorry mustafagngr, one idea is to try a different computer.
Is this computer running Windows as a client under a Mac or Linux host? That is always difficult.
If you don't have another computer, another idea is to format the C: drive and make a clean install of Windows.
Finally, you could open an account on a cloud computer like FRAME and install ANSYS Student on that.
Good luck, Peter
