SubscriberHello, I have been trying to get Ansys 2021 R2 installed in a lab setting at my workplace. I have found an issue with licensing. I checked with our Networking team and they let me know the ports are not blocked by the firewall and the server is up so I'm not sure what the next steps to resolve this would be. Workbench opens okay and then any other software comes up with a licensing issue. I am trying to make 2021 R2 work since a customer has wanted this program installed and it takes a long time to download the newest version. I attempted to manually move a licensing file in also and that didn't resolve it either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Ansys EmployeeOn a lab machine you are tryig to run on,
check the %TEMP%\.ansys directory for licdebug files. They contain licensing information. Are any errors listed?
You can not install a license file on another machine unless it is created for that machine.
