2021R1 fails to use ‘aa_r_cfd’ license

  When 2021R1 tries to checkout a license, the log on the license server shows:n14:04:11 (ansyslmd) UNSUPPORTED:acfx_pre (PORT_AT_HOST_PLUS ) s***@DESKTOP-K4BHK0T [5580] (No such feature exists. (-5,346:104 Connection reset by peer))nWe have licenses for 'aa_r_cfd' (plus others, like aa_r_hpc, aa_r ) and older versions work fine (19.2 and 2020R1, or so I'm told). What is the most recent version that will work with an 'aa_r_cfd' license?nPlease note: I'm not an Ansys user; I'm responsible for the license server and the licenses.nThanks for any help. ncheers, n-philn

  Hi Phil, you will need to obtain a new license to work with 2021R1. Please reach out to your ANSYS Account Manager to request a new license, or if you are the ASC on the account you may be able to download a new license yourself on the licensing portal. https://licensing.ansys.com/index.html#/nnThanks,nMattn
