老师您好 我试图用学校的license激活2023版本的Lumerical 我发现如图一所示我们的floating license已经激活了， 但是我们仍然无法是有其中的模块（如图二所示）。但是当我使用2022版本，软件可以正常的使用。 您能帮忙解决一下这个最新版本激活使用的问题吗？

应该是因为License Manager 软件有变化了，参见

如果不能解决，可以请国内Ansys 工程师或者代理帮助，不能解决问题的话我再请这边的工程师帮助。

 

不过，我最近也经历了几次License问题，需要重新启动计算机才能正常工作。你也可以试一下。

Are you able to check the license manager status while logged into the license server running the Ansys license manager?

Does the Lumerical Launcher works properly on the same machine that is running the Ansys license manager? 

Try to run/open the Lumerical CAD directly from the Start Menu -- outside the Launcher? Send us the error message (if any) when opening the Lumerical/Ansys Optics CAD directly from the Start Menu as shown.
