Subscriber식기세척기 회전노즐 유동을 확인하려고합니다. 하지만 calculate단계에서 update dynamic mesh failed라고 뜨는데 해결방법이 있을까요?
Thanks to Google (Rob):
I am trying to check the flow of the dishwasher rotating nozzle. However, in
the calculation step, update dynamic mesh failed is displayed. Is there a
solution? -

Ansys EmployeeAssuming it's a "normal" dishwasher you should be able to use sliding mesh and not need dynamic mesh. That will be faster as you're updating the position of a cylindrical piece of mesh rather than needing to remesh a domain for every timestep.
These will provide information on the rotating options (second part is sliding mesh)

Ansys EmployeeYou'd need two fluid zones. One for the bulk washer, and a second for the rotating arm & nozzle.
The crossed tick means it's OK and something else was checked - look in the Ansys Meshing documentation.

Ansys EmployeeAre you adding water? Is the mesh quality good? Have you watched the two courses I recommended?

Rob
Ansys EmployeeThe models may be OK, your problem is that you may want sliding mesh rather than deforming. Please post some images and review the training materials I linked.

Ansys EmployeeThanks for that. A picture makes things clearer, especially as I'm relying on Google to read Korean!
You need to split a cylinder out around each rotating arm (I assume there are two). Those become the sliding mesh zones. It should be shown in the video, but not necessarily the meshing part: you need to review the sliding mesh options: so once you have three fluid zones (rotors & static zone) do NOT use Share Topology.
Have a look for mixing tanks on here: it's a similar approach in that the mixer units rotate inside a tank.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
