2D cylinder thermo-structural analysis

  I am trying to model a quarter symmetry cylinder using workbench. I start by applying convection with a thermal analysis but can only use plane stress. But when I use the structural analysis, I want to treat the object as generalized plane strain. How can I transfer data from a thermal analysis to a structural analysis where I want to use generalized plane strain. I keep getting the error "one or more inputs are in conflict with the 2D behavior"

  Hi,
  You can export the data in an excel file and import the data relevant to the plane using the External Data module.
