3 (metal + composite + metal) layer shaft design and solition

  I'm trying to analyze a shaft that will consist of 3 layers.
  The outermost layer is the hollow shaft made of steel.
  The shaft in the middle is made of composite material.
  The innermost shaft is made of steel.
  For all steel shafts I use the spaceclaim module.
  I use the ACPost module for composite shaft.
  Then I want to combine them all in the static build module. However, I keep getting errors.
  Can you help me?

  Look at the error message shown in mechanical - size limit has been reached (student and teaching version has node and element limitation).
  Perhaps try and reduce the mesh.
