3D forging process with non linear adaptivity

  Hello all,
  
  I'm trying to understand the working of NLA for 3D forging process and started with the tutorial 3.1.3. '3-D Metal forging simulation' in ANSYS Mechanical APDL Advanced Anallysis guide. Although i am used the provided input file code and tried to execute it, i'm coming across an error that the program just crashes without any outcome or warning.
  
  Anybody can help me about the issue please?
