Ansys EmployeeHi Kean Hong Chew
I tried exporting 3D image as GLTF file in Discovery for Bracket_Static_Stress.dsco Sample file available in Discovery and export function worked fine for me.
Please can you confirm if you are getting this issue on specific model file or its with other files too. Please try using export function with other model files and see if you facing the same issue.

SubscriberDevendra Badgujar thanks for quick reply. I have tried running other sample files and I am still getting the same issue in exporting the results. The 3D export without contour plot (plain CAD) works fine though.
By the way, I'm using Discovery 2021R2.

Please can you try another directory besides desktop ? Also see if there is already a file with that name in the folder you are trying to save that GLTF file?
If you still face the issue please send the following '' logs '' folder:
Type %temp% in Windows Search and locate Discovery folder and find the latest session. Then grab the entire “logs” folder within that session directory and send it to '' ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com ''

Ansys EmployeeHi Kean Hong Chew
I checked with the developers and they said that this is bug with non-English version and it will be fixed in 2022 R1 version.
The workaround for prior versions is to change OS Culture to en-US.
Regards.

Ansys EmployeeHi Kean Hong Chew
This is because you have to use the display of outer faces and not max values( default value to show the contour ) and then you can use export option for that.
