Ansys Employee官网例子只是演示能仿真此类器件,并不代表其设置就是实际器件的掺杂,毕竟需要实际设计经验。要仿真实际器件,应该按你器件的实际工作状态设置。May 6, 2022 at 1:28 pm1550354845
Subscriber谢谢老师您的回答,在此想要借楼向您再询问一个太阳能电池电学仿真的问题: 如您所见的太阳能电池的Si基底部分,有部分结构是需要进行N型重掺或者P型重掺,而重掺是会改变硅的功函数,而官网的太阳能电池案例使用的都是具有相同功函数的一整块Si,然后在这块硅上进行掺杂,这是为什么呐?还是说这也是为便于示范进行的简化,我们自己做仿真时要根据实际器件的掺杂 用不同功函数的Si进行仿真? 打扰您,实在不好意思,期待您的回复!May 6, 2022 at 2:48 pmGuilin Sun

要知道我们是软件公司,我个人认为很少有工程经验。这也是为什么我经常建议CHARGE的使用者应该先有CleanRoom经验再仿真,否则仿真结果很难与实际器件一致,因为很多参数随便设,只是为了得到某种“好”结果。
