Subscriber我用的bragg grating作为dbr反射镜,每一层介质的厚度都是都是根据中心波长(535nm)的四分之一设置的,但是用监视器看在中心波长处的反射率非常低,请问是为什么

Ansys Employee原因很多。
如果你的Grating宽度太小,理论预测可能很差,根据你的结果,R+T远小于1 ,这些功率不是被吸收就是被散射了。你可以加BOX监视器,也就是3D情况下用六个面监视器看看总的透射率与1 差多少?如果非常接近1,那就是散射、吸收了,需要改进你的设计。
此外,也许这个器件Q很大,你的监视器只有5个频率点,很可能就漏掉了极大值,请增加频率点数,例如51个点测试看看。
