你可能还需要好好理解一下等效的意思:那是说当一边是理想金属时,实际相当于两个偶极子在自由空间辐射,结果有相互干涉,你做一个简单仿真:一个边界用Metal,在上面用监视器看分布,再比较用PML的结果你就清楚了。
“请问在这种设置下,图中监视器收集到的电场分布图像是否是准确的?”
应该是正确的,因为此时监测的是在有实际金属情况下的偶极子辐射(实际还有周围的材料)。与一般光源不同,偶极子的实际辐射功率和远场Pattern与周围结构、材料有关。
多说一点:器件有多大?实际仿真能包括LED的外界面(与空气的界面)吗?如果比较小,则可以包括;如果需要太多的仿真资源,但是因为尺寸大可能边界对偶极子影响小则可以用PML减小仿真区。你可以测试比较一下。Viewing 1 reply thread- You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
