Ansys Employee不收敛也不奇怪,因为平面波被PML截断产生大角度衍射。Understanding field truncation issues with finite sized plane wave sources 这个光栅是只有几个齿,还是很多,可以看作无限周期? 如果是只有几个,可以用PML加TFSF光源,可以直接用监视器获得近场; 如果是很多,应该用平面波+Bloch边界仿真单波长,或者用BFAST仿真宽谱,然后用光栅分析获得不同衍射角下的远场,再将远场构造为近场,例子参见 Photolithographic projection to photoresist 只需要了解第一步过程和构造近场即可。 再有问题请另外单独发帖。
