选择模式光源是有讲究的,不能自己乱选,否则可能出错,参见原理说明: Ansys Insight: MODE 初学者:关于varFDTD的工作原理问题 这是因为将2D模式分解为两个1D线分布模式时,已经用了指定Z方向模式。但是1D简化的波导可能支持更多的模式,因此两者合起来可能不是原波导支持的物理模式。我一般不建议用户自己选择模式光源,应该用软件自己选的,除非你确认自己算的正确。
我估计光源本身并不是高阶模式吧?如果不是,这个就比较简单,让软件自己选。具体的仿真长度可以根据理论估算,稍微长一些。中间在加一些监视器做模式分解。
