Subscriber老师好,我想请问一下这里我想要测不同波长的透射率,能不能设置让监视器每隔波长0.01um采集一个数据呀?
因为我每次测出来的数据都是不均匀分布的,不利于之后的数据处理。

Subscriber你好,不知道是否理解了你的意思,你或许可以使用use wavelength spacing这个选项,并取消use source limits 这个选项。可以参见 https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034902393-Frequency-domain-Profile-and-Power-monitor-Simulation-object 。希望可以帮助到你。

Ansys Employee谢谢 @LiLiucun !回答的很好!但是不需要取消use source limits ,因为这个Limit内的波长计算准确,之外的波长就难说了。
不过原仿真从近紫外到远红外波段20微米非常宽,材料特性如果没有这样宽的数据,结果是否可靠需要自行斟酌。
