使用varFDTD仿真，一运行就报错。

  这个情况可能有几个原因，先看看是不是只有这个文件出问题？比如从网上下载一个文件，或者自己重新建造一个简单的文件，测试一下。如果都不行，请试着做下列事情：
  １：　关闭所有文件，重新启动计算机
  ２：重新安装软件
  ３：可能需要将现有Lumerical软件清楚干净，然后再安装，参见 https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/24789/ansys-insight-fixing-lumerical-activation-errors
  4:　也有可能是你计算机安装的补丁影响了，或者是你没有及时安装补丁进而影响。
