Ansys Employee仿真的结构是什么样子的?什么器件?
如果是仿真单个、非周期结构,TFSF在仿真区内,倾斜与不倾斜不需要同不同的PML边界条件;倾斜的话只能单个波长,原因与平面波加Bloch边界条件一样;正入射可以宽谱。
如果是周期物体,斜入射一般应该用平面波加Bloch边界条件,或者BFAST宽谱仿真,后者有自己特殊的边界条件。如果一定要TFSF,在周期方向TFSF要超出边界条件之外,单波长仿真。

衬底,即我们常说的基底,是指“半无限大”的结构,仿真的时候要延伸到PML之外。
你的仿真似乎是在硅材料上形成微结构是吧?如果是,设置问题如下:
1:横向尺寸太小,实际器件不可能面积这么小,外面是空气吧?请将横向尺寸加大,延申到两侧PML之外
2:基底:到底是另外的玻璃SiO2基底,硅有限厚度,一般比孔的深度厚一点还是一样;如果的确很厚,比如3微米以上,而孔只有0.5微米以内,用硅做基底也是可以的,你需要再斟酌,想一想要仿真的器件结构到底是什么样子的。
