Ansys Employee原因可能很多:
1:抽样点是否足够?
2:场是否足够强?如果场分量很小,结果不准确。这两个线监视器都在什么地方?是监测的SPP强度最强地方吗?
3:结构是谐振腔类型的,里面有驻波可能影响结果,实际上是Bloch模式,如何理解这里的K需要考虑。
4:仿真问题:讲两端的波导加长,穿透PML,减小空气、材料界面Cavity的影响。实际器件一定有输入输出波导相连。
5:这19条曲线对应什么?不同波长吗?
6:仅显示场最强部分的结果可能更容易找问题。
7:结果在负K显示最强,是说明这个SPP沿坐标负轴方向传播吗?基本判断是什么?
8:可能与抽样点有关:
会不会是排序的问题,建议指定同一个M。
最好用2D监视器,做2D仿真结果,然后CUT为线,这样确保CUT的地方正确,选择的位置正确。
