Subscriber尊敬的Lumerical support工程师您好,我想请教用户自编插件能否在仿真中同步引用监视器的数值?我想要基于"FDTD Analysis of Two-Photon Absorption and Free-Carrier Absorption in Si High-Index-Contrast Waveguides"这篇论文计算TPA和自由载流子效应,其中计算载流子浓度Nf时需要用到空间各位置的折射率n,在另一篇thesis"Integrated Nanoplasmonic Waveguides and Devices for All-Optical Nanocircuitry"附录的插件中一律按3.48处理了,但是实际上肯定有变化,有没有办法能在仿真中把我设置的折射率监视器实时更新的折射率n导入插件计算过程中,以提高仿真准确度?谢谢!

Ansys Employee目前没有直接的方法,使用材料插件可能,但是直接读取随时间变化的材料数据可能困难,应该是材料插件算出的数值。不过你可以看看可行性,相信阅读论文看看。
另外一个方法就是用CHARGE仿真得到随时间变化的载流子浓度,用Attribute导入FDTD,然后在FDTD中扫描这个时间,相当于扫描电压一样。
可以参考 调制器的仿真,例如 Electro-absorption modulator
