Ansys EmployeeA 1: 一侧有衬底的情况,将Effective metamaterial bulk properties – Lumerical Support的公式不能获得正确的S参数。 你需要做两次仿真,得到S22,再用Smith文章中非对称的公式提取结果。
A2:曲线呈锯齿状:先看看有没有高级衍射,你提取的结果是不是平滑?可以先用光栅分析看看你要的衍射级透射率反射率是否光滑:Ansys Insight: 关于光栅衍射级及其计算
也可以看看提取的S参数是否光滑。
请检查:
仿真时间不够:Ansys Insight: 为什么说仿真时间要足够长才能得到正确的频域结果
PML反射,请增加仿真时间或者减小autoshutoff min
介电常数的符号时正时负的原因:此问题常见,有可能是因为S 参数不光滑造成的,也有可能是精度不够高造成的,多数是因为位相有点问题。
A3: 基本上可以认为正确吧,如果S参数用场代替,结果不会完全与透射率反射率一样。
是否正确,需要反复测试验证,包括修改从S参数到等效介电常数等的算法。Smith论文只是初步的后面还有人提出其它方法。

Ansys Employee这种情况很棘手,一百是因为位相变化引起的,因为看起来只需要平移上去就可以。第二个似乎是谐振,也可能是位相突变造成的。
解决办法可能是增加仿真精度,另外还有看看透射率反射率以及S的实部虚部是否正常等。遗憾的是没有一个完美的解决方案,也许后来的文献提出的新算法可能有帮助,你找找看。
