A Field at user defined coordinates

Is it possible to insert near field setup with user-defined coordinates?
You can create a relative coordinate system at desired coordinates and then insert near field setup.
In the near field radiation setup dialogue box select ' Local coordinate system' under the 'Coordinate System' tab.
