Subscriber- I want to get the integral value of the Poynting vector from a sweep, and what's the difference between integrating P and integrating Px, Py and Pz?

So typically you integrate the poynting vector to measure the power flux through the monitor. You would get this from the component of the P normal to the monitor. The other components will transfer power parallel to the monitor. This is equivalent to the result, and you should only really need to do this if you want to find the power through a custom shape.
