Academic software – License file not found

  I have been trying to install Ansys 2022 R2 fluids package and am getting a license error and fluent is not working. However workbench is running. Can anyone please suggest a fast solution to this ?

  Workbench doesn't need a licence so tends to work regardless. Have you installed as Admin? Is this the Student bundle or a licenced build? If the latter, did you install and configure the licence manager?

  Yes installed as Admin. It is a licensed build. I did install the license manager, but there seems to be an error. censed build from my institution.

  Is there anything else in the text window, or has the solver frozen when trying to launch?

  Above this, it says connected to the license server and then it is frozen. The reading of cores and the the text related to the cleanup script does not appear

  There should be a debug log file under: %TEMP\.ansys for fluent
  Does this file have any errors contained within it?
  Also, what is the output from:
  Open a Dos command prompt window
  Type in:
  set

  %TEMP%\.ansys
