account deletion

  Good morning,
  I would like to know if you can cancel an ANSYS account?

  At the moment it is not possible to eliminate user accounts. If a subscription has been sent to the wrong person, the subscription itself will need to be deleted and reissued to the correct user.
  If the subscription is managed by an administrator, the administrator should be able to unassign it from that user from within the account administration page.
