ACIS entity check failed for part

  When doing Chamfer / fillet in a geometry corner it shows ACIS error.
  
  1) Anyone can tell me how to solve this.
  
  By referring the online tutorial I have changed the model validation to relax mode (available in design setting options)
  
  Please tell me by doing this the HFSS considers the model or not?
